Biography
Oleg Timuta moved to Southwest Florida from Moldova in 2009. He was a professor at the Stefan Neaga Music College, Chisinau, Moldova. He trained at the Academy of Music, Theatre & Fine Arts (formerly known as Conservatory of Music G. Muzicescu), and the Stefan Neaga Music College in Chisinau, Moldova. Oleg performed with the Creator Art Orchestra in Chisinau, Moldova and with many touring groups such as the Vasile Iovu Ensemble and the Ion Talambuta Folk Group throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Sicilia, France, Belgium, Spain, Luxemburg, Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Belarus, and more. Oleg also performed on cruise ships including Celebrity Cruises, Inc. / Greece Royal Olympic Company / Mano Maritime Ltd. in the USA, Greece and Israel.
Performances at concert halls and Cathedrals have included: Bosengarten Mozart Hall, Mannheim; Beethovenhalle, Bonn; Votivkirche, Vienna; Berlin's Philharmonic; Palazzo dei Congressi, Strasbourg; Tinhalle Center Hall, Zurich; Santa Maria in Arta Coeli, Rome.
Soloist performances have included: P. Tchaikovsky "Swan Lake - Russian Dance"; F. Kreisler, "Liebesleid", "Libesfreud", "Schon Rosmarin"; G. Dinicu "Hora Staccato", Ciprian Porumbescu "Ballad".
